Royal Academy Summer Exhibition 2026

I’m really excited to share that one of my screen prints has been shortlisted for the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition 2026. It’s still early stages, but just being shortlisted is a big moment and something I’m genuinely proud of.

The Summer Exhibition, held every year since 1769 at Burlington House in London, is one of the UK’s most respected art shows. It brings together a wide range of contemporary work, from prints and paintings to sculpture, film and architecture, with a mix of well-known artists and emerging talent. It’s something a lot of artists aspire to be part of, so to be included at this stage is incredibly exciting.

This year’s exhibition is curated by Ryan Gander OBE RA and explores the theme of Interconnectedness, looking at the relationships and unexpected connections between ideas, materials and people.

The piece that’s been shortlisted is Dancing Werewolf. It captures a moment of wild energy and transformation, touching on themes of duality and human nature, which feels like a natural fit with the idea of interconnectedness and the unexpected.

I’ll share more updates as things progress, but for now I just wanted to share the news.
